Noooooo lol... not from what I've seen. Most anything shy of a 4 horse will be 5/8 typically on a Briggs. I have had about 50 of them and only had one 3/4 bore on a 3.5 horse. I DO have a generator out there with a wild ass build. 70's 3.5 with an INTERNAL governor like the 4 and 5's.. WEIRD.... that one may be 3/4 as well but will be tapered and I have not messed with it yet.. couldn't say on that one. A lot of the tecumseh 3 and 3.5's were 3/4 bore..

What's even more rare is the small flowjet carb on these model 'B' motors. Most small briggs came with the pulsajet carb with attached tank. The flowjet was a float carb that allowed the use of a remote tank.

I have 3 of the 3 horse flowjets right now. There was a NICE little 3 horse water pump in a semi trailer at the junkyard for years.. They evidently junked most all that stuff a few days ago when they sent in all their junk aluminum motors.. DAMN if they would have told me THAT I would have got some parts from it... and had another one..
