MTD Columbia 640-200 rolling frame for sale.

This is the "hard tail" model and has shocks on the front with painted fenders and chrome forks. Includes frame, both wheels, jackshaft, brake assembly, original seat, foot pegs, muffler. The entire frame has been sandblasted and primed professionally about 3 years ago. No engine (never had it) but was originally a tecumse 4hp

Not much more work needed to get it going. Needs finish paint, 1 new tire (front carlile looks great, rear is worn bald) brake/throttle cables, bearings cleaned, and of course an engine. chrome on forks is nice but needs polish. Nice bike to customize with a lot of the hard work already done.

Has a small spot of pitting on the tube under the seat. wont be seen once seat is installed

The hardtail version would be the MTD from what I understand, and the softtail ould be the Columbia.
