Honda odyssey fl250 clutch?

So I just won this,

eBay Motors: Honda Odyssey FL250 FL 250 Stock OEM Salsbury Clutch (item 260385470862 end time Apr-05-09 14:39:37 PDT)

I seen an odyssey clutch listed on ebay as having a 1" bore before, So I figured this one may be.
But I'm not sure now, I think It might be tapered. Do you guys think It will work?

If it is tapered, Think I can run a 1" drill bit down it ?
Or just put it on the 1" shaft, and run the bolt down tight, Cause I'm thinking that might work ok too.

Either way, I got it for a good price, I can make my money back if it doesn't work.

if you bought it for a mini bike, go ahead and make your money back.

What are you going to use it on. The odyssey engine is a two stroke. You would have to change the spring to get it to engage at a lower rpm If used on a 4 stroke engine.

It was going to be used for a 18hp twin. I was afraid the engagement would be too high, but figured if it gave me fits, I would change the springs, but looks like this one will be put right back onto ebay though.
Doesn't bother me though, I got it cheap, So If anything, I might make a little reselling it.

Cushman Gas Golf Cart Clutch - eBay (item 200326658030 end time Apr-05-09 19:00:00 PDT)
Got this one too, looks like it will work. I guess I'll find out whenever they get here.
Also, anyone know how wide a belt this one uses, So I can get a driven clutch to match it?

Haha I win, Its for a 1" shaft! Just seen it down in the questions for the listing. I thought it was, but wasnt sure until now.

what are you going to put one of these on?

it seems like you're just buying parts without any idea if they'll actually work.

I was thinking the odyssey one would work, because that other listing I'd seen. The cushman, It didn't look tapered and looked big enough to work, So I went ahead and got it.

and Yea I kinda am, Because I'm not out to much if they don't work. I got them half price of what they usually go for, So I don't feel too bad if it doest work out, I'll just put it back up there.

18hp briggs twin, mini motorcycle,

And, I don't really plan on buying anything else this way now. I just need a 7\8" shaft driven clutch to match now. I'm not completely clueless, I was just having a hard time find a 1" bore clutch, the only ones out there are 150$ and up.

that sounds like fun.

the 1" bore clutches are expensive. i'm planning on doing a GX390 eventually and am hating how much those parts cost.

be patient and keep watching ebay and craigslist. a cheap one should show up eventually.

i got my Noram Cheetah off ebay for $30. that clutch is $190 new and there was only one other person putting bids on it. i lucked out there.
