with gas tank on top and oil bath filtration looks like 1980 honda flat head 3hp or could be old robin teledyne just a guess thanxxx B.

It's definately a Honda. If you look at the engine block on the front side it'll say G150 or G200. The 150 is a 3.5 HP and the 200 is a 5 HP. Probably came off a Honda tiller.
