The Mikuni America website goes into detail on tuning.
I ordered the 140 main and 17.5 pilot. I have a cam and 1.2 rockers though and I'm about 600 feet above sea level.

I dont mind ordering an assortment I just dont think I need to order alot, just a ballpark would be cool. I just dont want to order jets that would be useless at this altitude..

Hey I'm having some trouble finding adapters and parts for a smaller mikuni(19mm/20mm). I was wondering if a 22mm mikuni would work for my gx160???

At your elevation you will probably need to jet a lot leaner than at 1000 or so elevation. You can purchase a jet that you KNOW is too small and keep drilling it out until you get it rich enough. However, IMHO, it will be cheaper to buy a selection of jets than purchace the tiny drills needed to drill out a single jet. But, what the hell, buy the drills. If you don't loan them you'll have them for many years.

The super tuners out there will tell you that "ya ain't spose" to drill out jets but these engines are not operating on the ragged edge so don't listen to the anal retentives.
