Turbo Motor building (65shelbyclone)

Hey there is another guy that I found that builds turbo lawnmower engines. He also does super charged, and EFI. I have been talking to him for a little while now, and he will soon become a member of this site.

He's in CA. and he also rides minbikes.

He did in one of these threads.

This other guy has a 8hp turbo motor that's somewhat like 65shelbyclones 10hp motor. But he was reving it high and I was thinking it was going to explode in any second. But it didn't!

Did he post a build video on streetfire.net or youtube or something? I saw a turbo 8hp Briggs on one of those in the "pre-running" stage and this sounds eerily similar. I also saw one with a chain driven smogpump blower.

Oh yeah, I've seen that video, but it's not the one I was thinking of. Shows promise, but that turbo is about 4x larger than that engine can use.

Here is the vid I was thinking of:

http://videos.streetfire.net/search/...880171d531.htm

Turns out it is 13hp, not an 8 like I thought.

I saw that last one sell for about 100 dollars on ebay. I thought he would get more considering what it was.
