I KNOW IT'S A HEALD. VT-3 (I THINK) JUST A ROLLER.THE FENDERS ARE PAINTED .I TOOK SOME THINNER AND WIPED OFF A SMALL SPOT AND THE CHROME LOOKS DECENT. ALSO GOT THE BELT GUARD, CHAIN GUARD AND SOME COMET CLUTCHES WITH IT
