A really good start, but I didn't see any oil going to the turbo. Turbos are kinda particular about getting lubricating oil...

Yeah he will need to tap the side cover and run a pulse hole. That should work great. The problem is that it's always a push and pull pulse. He will need a push only.

It needs at least 20-30psi, though. A small high pressure/low volume 1gpm electric oil pump would work pretty well.

where is he getting oil to the turbo from? Is there a built in pump on the 6.5 that can be tapped off to run an oil supply?
