Can someone help me ID this little guy? Looks like a 1/2 scale Doodle Bug and has handle bars that fold down. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

and upon even further inspection. I noticed a pic of another one like mine with the same brake tab. It also was missing that flat piece on the headtube. Perhaps this year was originally like that? Thanks again for your help

Thanks Marcus. Upon further inspection i think your right about the hack job on the head tube. Not sure why they would have cut that part out. But the welds look clean and solid
