1971 Broncco TX-1L color or code for orange paint?

It is part of the tank.I have been looking for the correct size replacement neck,so that I can use the original cap.Cutting it out and welding in a new neck is what I was thinking.Looking for a filler neck?

Ok ,I deserve that! But here are the pics.

My 1971 Broncco TX-1L has been sitting for 30 years.With a little heat, removed gas cap,(Fantic motors gas cap is good,but neck a little ruff,not sure what route to go.Repair or replace.Powdering soon ?!!

I have a early 70's 3.8 hp Tecumseh Aspera engine that needs the blower housing and recoil starter.Have heard some 3.5 hp parts will work. Would love to have one.I'm in Virginia ,willing to pay shipping.Let me know what I need to do. Thanks

Thank you, It had the old part list from inside the tool canister,but I'm guessing there Italian Aspera part numbers. No luck with then.
