Stress cracks.you need to glass it with resin and cloth/matt. then re gel coat or paint. They WILL come back if not repaired right.

Yay,had very little time to mess with the bike and got the chain guard mounted for the last time. worked a lil on the battery mount,but didn't get that done before work got busy. so finish the battery mount and put the thumb throttle on and thats it.maybe another year and i'll be done..lol
