The cover

My front wheel's all rusted on this one spot, like water dripped down and began to rust it. But I have no clue how to get rid of it without damaging the wheel. :grind: Any ways I could shine it back up, preferably if I don't have to take the entire wheel off?

Here's the front. Some scratches on the fork, but I'll get those someday. I haven't done anything to the paint yet...
