I made it another year. Today I'm 73 and still functioning ok.

All of mine are long gone, but I'm sure my local buddy George has a few ( He ain't cheap if he's willing to part with any )

Make it what you want .... Taco44, Taco99, or Taco100. I'd make it a 44, much smoother running a 3hp. ( and cheaper too)

You would think someone could 3D print at least the Manco Spacers. .....and Yes, I AM still searching Swapmeets.

Might be able to heat it up really hot, then going through the exhaust holes push out the dents, but ME, I would just look for a replacement. I'm old and lazy.

On some mini's I have drilled the sprocket mounting holes a size or two larger so I could move the sprocket some and then tighten it up and by doing so was able to get rid of the "tight then loose" problem. That doesn't work on some though.
