Vintage frame, need help ID’ing it

Wow nice Bike! Thanks for the great photos. Someone on this sight will probably help ID it. Good luck and please keep us posted on your resto progress.

Its made by a company that was called Stellar the external spring forks would put it in the time of Republic owning Stellar in the early part of the 70's and at that time the bikes like that were called and fell in the "Maxi" line, but you may find more general info under "Quasi" as the earlier versions were usually called that.
