Help with goat identification

Hi I picked up an old boat goat
100 bucks
It has serial on the nec PBH303
It has a Tecumseh 5 hp
3 sets of chains
Top speed 4 mph
What year and model do I have ?
any help is appreciated

Wiki says 303 is the collegiate

so lost with the info search
Thank you for the additional info
We’re taking it apart next weekend for sand blasting
Wiki also states they used lead based paint so that’s scary

You decide... I think 303 is the serial number, not the model.

That 5 horse Tecumseh looks very much like a Briggs, also.

You should not breathe the dust, no matter what type of paint it was. Be careful.

So, we all agree it's not a Tec, but it is a Briggs.
