    Sears Runabout - when was it made?

    I have a Sears Runabout (even though it says 'Spyder' on the tank). It has a sears ID tag saying it is a model 803.8071. Any idea when it was made?

    Sears Spyder - How old is it?

    I have a very nice Sears spyder mini bike that must have been an entry level bike because it is very basic. It has no fenders, small wheels, a friction brake, a red frame, and a white 2 hp B/S motor. It has a Sears ID tag that says model number 803.8071. But no date of manufacture. Any help...
