I am tearing down a Pacesetter III and have everything off. Trying to free up the drive system. I have everything free and working smoothly EXCEPT for the rear axles. I can only get them to rock about an inch each way. I cannot figure out how to free it up or what is holding it from turning...

There is now a heavy mesh on the frame in front of the motor and on the back behind the seat over the sprockets for your protection. Seat is hinged to fold up. I have the front brake cable and will probably get it installed this week. New bearings just installed in the front wheel yesterday...
