I would say this tire is actually new or barely used was an oddball out of a set of 4 I bought which were setup as spares for a large piece of shop equipment. Nanco brand 4 ply, heavy duty but very pliable with soft rubber. Has the old school sawtooth industrial tread pattern $15 plus shipping
