The tension seems to be too loose on the chain on my drive shaft. It rattles and is very noisy. How do I make it tighter? There are two bolts that may adjust it as far as I can tell.

Sorry if this has been posted before but I couldn't find anything with a search. How are the valves adjusted on the stock 97cc motor. It appears to be a flathead. The owners manual says adjustment required every 300 hours but no instructions on how to. Thanks
