measurment

Have yall seen this site yet? Does it all metric to inch or vice versa, type in your number and it converts it to every other dimension there is.....no choosing what to convert it to.... Distance and Length Conversion (Online Units Converter)

I cant figure out what my options are for this wheel. Its a 10" wheel. Diameter is approximately 2 3/8". The front tire is 3" wide and 17" OD Try to match it. Do I need to take another measurment?

Can someone tell me the outside diameter of the circular support for the pull start? In other words, what would be the O.D. of a flywheel screen? Thanks in advance
