6 " wheel w/ sprocket and tire

Carlisle 4.10 3.50 6 tire w/ decent amount of tread some nicks, not the cleanest thing. come w/ wheel w/ bearings and sprocket. bought it off c.l. but doesn't fit my frame. would trade for a smaller wheel and tire or sell outright for what i paid $20.00 pls shipping.
