    What is this trike ?

Bought this trike on 3/13/11 at a Car Swapmeet for $40.
Says WR-SP III on the side of the gastank:
    .

    .

    .

Rear axle is six-sided, not round.

    Commuter

That trike would be a Commuter Industries TE390 made in Cascade Iowa.
It should have a Kawasaki motor W/Elec start.
I have one that I will load a picture of from my computer.

It looks like a Sasquatch. Not the beast, but the trike, google it.

It's a pacesetter built in the early 1970's. Pasesetter Enterprises was then sold and renamed Commuter Industries in 1976. I worked for them from 1978 to 1984 when we made te380,te390,
sasquatch, granger. In the late 80's they developed the 5 wheeler which became the John Deere AMT then the gator.
