new jackshaft set up for eruopean kart

Just got this last week, and got it installed..it is a jackshaft system to allow u to set up a 4 cycle engine,on a 2 cycle kart.

the shaft comes complete, but you will need a Burris 15 deg.#541 mount to make the engine line up correct..

see picks and u can see that the rear axle sprocket hub is ready for the sprocket, and it can stay on the outer position next to the tire..

Talk to Mike Burris he is awesome, they really will work with you to get what u need for the job....

I will end up with a 4.6 ratio

Engine J/S In J/S Out Axel Final Ratio
18 24 16 56 4.67

Yeah I have seen that setup, but like you said it's normally used on a 2 stroke kart.

That's good Burris helped you out. I didn't get any good customer service back when I use to deal with them.
