go cart help

i got an off brand go cart from one off the tool shops and it will not run right now it starts when u give it the gas it will go no go go no put dont pull at all took of carb and had it cleand at a shop and did not do a thing carb looks fine i only drove it for 2 days any tips?

Bowl carb? Check for correct float level.
Check for burned valves/valve seats and proper lash.

would it smoke? and i did get it wet befor it up i changed oil,air filter,plug and it ran for about an hr and did same thang now does it all the time plug looks to be gas fld back and wet if i put it on a jack and hold wide open it will rev part way but i can stop tires yes bowl carb

Sounds very rich. If carb is adjustable, adjust high speed needle until best response is achieved.
If not adjustable, then float is either stuck or needs adjusting.

What engine is it?
Make sure all the gaskets in the carb are good, Check the valves.
