Shoe : The Comet 30 series does have its HP limits and that is why the more power you apply to the axle the weak link will be the drive belt so your low gearing will be helpful. I have seen some of the Ruppsters owners get into trouble by pushing this very short wheel based Kart wanting to go too fast and even jumping this machine and not having always good results upon landing . They can be a very fun ride so have fun and enjoy your new toy.

Started by laying out the drive train on a card board to make a template ,, As of now it really does not look like the transmission is going to fit ,, Goofy stuff and trying to get this figured out using pics off web sites is a real crap shoot .. $$$$ spent thinking it would work out ,, here are some pics of where I am at

Well I figured out that by using a series 20 converter I could use the reverse transmission so I mocked it all up on cardboard and took it over to a local machine shop .. I have known this guy for years so I got a good price on the work,,
