Mini-chopper question

For about the last month or so I've been looking for a mini-bike and/or a mini-chopper. Now that I have my mini-bike I want to get a chopper. I've found one online that I'm ready to pull the trigger on, but I wanted to see whether anyone over here knew anything good or bad about it.

Mini Chopper Mini Bike For Sale- 198CC

Please let me know...Thanks!
