Hello From North Carolina

I've been lurking around here a little while. I never knew there was such a following. I have been a metal fabrication nut for a long tim.e and if you can think of it I love to figure out how to make it and modify it some after that.I have a old mini bike I picked up for $20.00 , along with a Honda Odyssey a 400EX a 300 4trax and several other projects that I've been working on . Right now I'm rehabing a Full Knee replacement,Looking forward to getting back in the shop and getting back to work on my TOYS.Here is a couple of shots of the mini not much to look at yet, Thanks for the GREAT site and info.

That is about a hour away. Straight down Hwy. 64. Good to hear from you. Hopefully I'll have something to post about soon.

You're gonna have some trouble with us if you try to use a bad knee as an excuse to stay away from tinkering with the minbike...we have a member who lost both legs, and he builds some pretty cool stuff...doesn't slow him down at all.

Get out to the garage...I wanna see how your handlebars turn out...here's a pic of a pair I stretched 8"...goin' ape...gotta love it.

I'm workin on it Yellowhand, It's more of a insurance thing right now. I can't take a chance that something weird might happen before I get DR's clearance to go back to work. I'll get back to it soon. Thanks for the encouragement.
One of my co-workers just did just that, was out on medical for Rotator surgery decided to go 4-wheeling and wound up with his back broken in 2 places along with internal injuries and a hard time getting insurance to work with him on it. I'll play it safe.Later
