Building D.A.V.E.

Thats.......
Deer
Assault
VehiclE.

Stock doodlebug, with a 6.5 clone. It will have a head light run off of a 12 volt battery. I will have to recharge the battery when it dies, but that is no big whoop. Oh to have a motor with a lighting coil............

Of course a deer hunting rig cant be bright red, so its getting a new paint job.

It will have a rack to carry my tree stand also.

Pics to follow later on.

Oooooo, awwww, look a plain ass doodle bug.

head light is from the farm and home store, tractor lights I call them.

Had to make a quick cover for the clutch, aint fancy, but functional. I just used the stock DB cover, and made it fit. I used some plastic I had laying around for the tabs, but any piece of steel of aluminum would work also. It doesnt cover the chain completely, but I dont intend on putting my fingers in it either.

Looks good. What did you use to power the headlight?

A 12 volt 4 amp battery. It will go in a box mounted to the rear handle. (so far)
Ahh, you built the MASH bike. Since you are putting an ammo can on it, that would be a great place for the battery.
