my firt mini bike project.. i need help

is it possible to make these bikes into mini bikes? I have a power saw so i can cut the metal that i need 2 cut all i need to know is where to cut it.. any tips or ideas are helpful..thank you.

You can almost fabricate anything from anything with enough time, energy, and money. You just need to ask yourself is it really worth it. If you are into reinventing the wheel then go for it. If not, save your money and buy a classic minibike used and clean it up.
