New Project Any Suggestions

Alright guys i want to do something like this

I want to put a disc brake on it but i dont know. What does everyone suggest? As it is the bike has a band brake on the clutch. i want a disc brake like i said.
So any suggestions. Vinny you can help too seeing as how it is ur bikes im basing this off of.

i think i'd remount the tank(bottle style), push the motor forward, and run a jackshaft with a disc break on it.
