Cheap HVLP Spray Gun

For anyone who paints their own bikes there is a spray gun on sale at Harbor Freight that works well for the money. The part number is 43430 and comes with a 1.4mm nozzle. It usually sells for $59.00. I bought it on sale for $39.00. I just got a sales catalogue and it is now on sale for $19.00. Even for $59.00 the gun works well. If you are interested in the next level I also purchased an Optima
500i HVLP spray gun. The gun is made in Germany and works extremely well. I got it on-line for $200. Can't justify paying $600 for a Sata or Iwata when I am just painting my own cars and bikes.

It's not just the gun, the paint has alot to do with end results, too. I've been using rattle cans for years, probably too cheap to buy a gun, anyway I bought a cheap gun from harbor freight, a touch-up gun, $19.99, went to the local paint store AKRON PAINT & VARNISH,and asked what paint was the best, for what i was doing, he suggested their ployurathane,OSHA colors, well i took a chance,Have to admitt it'll need a second coat, but the paint is beautifull, and so shiney, he said after it gets done cureing, gasoline will not affect it, we'll see about that!
