Bird "Lark".
or
"Spyder".

It depends on who sold it.
Yours should be the "Spyder".

is there any way to determine exactly what model the birds are? my bird has some numbers on the engine plate, would that help determine if its a "spyder" "drover" "duck" "lark" etc?

Without markings you have to go by subtle differences like the Spider has a sissy bar and the Lark doesn't. Colors, chain guards, forks,,, stuff like that.

His looks like a lark.

Sissy bar indicates Lark not Spyder

Sissy bar ends at top of banana seat, everything seems to match Lark. Spyder has a taller sissy bar.
