Answered: Flexo, Taco, Go Kart Mfg?

Im way confused, this looks like a factory manufactured frame but then again it doesnt seem to match to any brand bike. Im thinking the front fork is taco and i know the front wheel is taco. Its got a disk brake on the jackshaft. If anyone can help me out let me know

Early Taco front wheel doesn't look good on that frame,
you should dispose of it.
