    My Baja mini's

I haven't been on here for some time, in fact, I was surprised to see that I've been a member here for about 7 years

So here are my bikes, a completely stock like new Dirt bug, a modified DB with clone motor, and Baja mini. Both clone motors are fairly modded with 12-1 compression, cams, springs, rocker arms and custom headers. They move pretty good.

    What's this?

    It's OK, it's a mini bike

I realized that I didn't get a good pic of the orange one. It looks good with the black on orange colour scheme I'll have a post a few pics later

Really like the orange! Where did you get the exhaust for the mini baja?

The exhaust on the Mini/Warrior is a home made header made from 1" thin wall conduit, and the muffler is custom machined from 6061 aluminum. For the center section I used the perf tube from a used hydraulic filter and stuffing is ceramic fiber. You don't think it's doing anything until you pull it off and realize that it's making it a lot quieter. With all that compression these motors are pretty loud. I'll see if i have pics of the insides somewhere. I know I took some when I machined it.

A few better pics of the orange bike. I was going for a certain look with the orange/matte black and think I need t paint the clutch, rear sprocket and tensioner black too. Some of the parts were done with VHT wrinkle paint.
