    Tillotson carb ??

Just got working on my allsport with the jlo 2 stroke motor. It has a Tillotson HL283A carb. Got it soaking as we speak. Also have tank off and soaking to clean rust out...threw a couple of nuts and bolts in there to stir it up. My ???is are there kits available for these or maybe just a disassemble and cleaning to get by. Any ins and outs appreciated.....never worked on one of these?? Plenty of Mikuni's and others though. Also........where could I get a plug for it??? Seemed to be an odd one, very large diameter????

If you cant get the carb sorted out you can send it to Korndog. He's the resident Tilly expert and did mine for me.

You can get a kit from this place. EC Distributing, Your Online Racing Store!

You can probably find cheaper kits but many of the cheaper ones are low quality.

I think all HL gasket sets are the same. I bet someone here knows for sure.

Gas or alky stack only difference. If it's a full kit with needles and seats, there are other considerations though.
