ya i can see the resemblance now ,looks like the forks and tail were modified for the wheels to fit , kinda decent job , is it work putting money into to fix it up?

I just bought this bike for 50 bucks. Father son project, Seized motor , did some googling and found that the wheels are Harley mini bike but can’t locate what kind of frame it is. I think it was stretched to fit the wheels , anyone out there have any ideas? Thanx , a mini bike noob form Canada
