These steel "Skat Kitty" models make you wonder just what the history of these are? Homemades? Early prototypes before the cast aluminum frames? Interesting front fender mounted foot pegs too? But I'll bet they are HEAVY and SLOW!!!
I would say no way home made. These 2 steel skat Kitty's are to similar. The welds are also excellent. I remember seeing another one posted on the forum years ago but I have searched the threads and can not find it.

It was on Facebook and sold. I forget who bought it but he was asking me questions. The one @Studeman68 bought, I have no clue where he found the bike.
That flat kitty is cool!..I would think early precast days of their production? I have been rounding up the bits to make one myself.I have a nice 3 horse tec 2 stroke and some tiny mag wheels from a scooter for the build.
