Montgomery Ward mini bike carburetor bolts

Hello All,
Would anyone have some answers or solution to the carburetor bolts on my Montgomery Ward Mini Bike that just spin in a circle when trying to remove them not sure if it is striped out or there is away to remove them.

If I'm reading that correctly it sounds like the nuts holding the carb to the adapter are stuck on the studs and the studs are loosening.

@mustangfrank This one is your's dog. i'm going to watch and learn myself.
Not me, I just got started with H series engines this fall, took me 2 months to find an aluminum lighted flywheel.

Best advice I have is to run the engine model number over at Jack's Small Engines or Partstree and get the replacement carb number for searching carb service kits, gaskets and such.
