I believe SAE was the only kart company making square tubing frames. I cant say they date back that far, but yours appears to be a home built kart.

awesome build. the paint and chrome itself covers the cost of that bike. not all minibikes need to be "restored". the builder did a great job at doing what he though was justice to that bike, and it exceeds my expectations. forget the naysayers
