Hi we put about 3 tanks threw it it has always been stored indoors I put a new carb on it when I bought it a few years ago motor has little use and over all the whole package is in Excellent shape,,motor staryts real nice even after sitting a while Bike is in selden NY would prefer pick up but...

Your brakepad/band looks like it can be moved over more on the drum you might have to move the motor and remove the washer back there on the axle,, anyway I think you could figure that out !

Here is mine the brakes work just fine you can see the total movement on the handle good luck
