i have been neutralizing the gov for years.
i leave everything stock and pin the gov arm in a neutral position.
i have not had one come apart...
bikes approach 40 mph ..for a home spun and novice rider imo this is a better option.
also these are chinese knock off engines they knocked off the...
for what it's worth..
i am 70 years old.
i only neutralize the governor.
i do not take anything off the engine or open the engine up..
as long as i have used the stock carb and used a return spring for the carb throttle i have had no troubles.
not broken a fly wheel or floated a valve or...
I found them at a car place.
Turns out they were the same as a air compressor bearing..
18 dollars apiece.
But I hornswaggled the guy and gotten for 1.98 each...
I have completely stock Baja warrior.
I have the idea of munting. An ex27 on it.
I am torn between clutch or tag and the size of rear sprocket.
So if n e1 out there has insights on the warrior I would appreciate your thoughts.
