Hi All,
I am looking for a rear minibike sprocket for a Fox Sprite. This one has an offset to it from a normal flat sprocket as in there is an offset of about a half inch from where it bolts on to where the teeth are. The one i had originally has been lost and need a different one to finish the...
Here is a picture of another users fox sprite that shows the sprocket. If you look closely you can see an indentation where it bolts up to the wheel hub. That is what i am looking for.
Hi, I am looking for a rear sprocket for a fox sprite minibike for the model that doesn't have brakes. It's an odd one in which the center is offset from the teeth. The original one was shot and was lost during my last restoration. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Tore into the motor. Everything looks real good. Did realize that this motor does not have actual bushings but rather the whole side cover is cast as one piece. So no bushing removal here.
I sheared the cam and the crank gears. Everything else looks solid but gave up hope and put it on the back burner a couple years ago. I am currently looking for a crank and camshaft for it.
I will be tearing into it this weekend so ill know then about the condition of everything. Its kind of a shame that my motor blew up. thing didn't burn any oil .
I have an h25-25188g motor and unless I can find another similar motor I am planning on doing a rebuild. My question is that should I replace the crankshaft bushings and what are the tolerances of these bushings? It appears that they are not being produced anymore and would much rather reuse...
I need a replacement for my H25 that has a bad camshaft, crankshaft (both have stripped gears) and at least one stripped thread for holding the head on the block. I would prefer another H25 so I can swap all the new parts that i installed on the old one or a larger HP one that I can also swap...
The H25 on my minibike blew up this weekend and i was wondering before i tear into it too hard will my shroud fit an HS50 engine that i have as a possible backup. I want to try to keep the same look but if not i can accept change.
I did the pipe trick and its the muffler that's messed up. I have found out the hard way that just because they say it works on your engine that its not necessarily the case. Ended up buying an original muffler off of eBay.
I have a 1970 h25 that i am in the middle of restoring. I went and bought a muffler from a Rupp parts website that said it would fit all small frame 2-4 hp engines. Once i received it i tried to put it in and it would only go a half turn before it started to cross thread. Is it the wrong...
