Fuel Filter It has a rather large metal fuel filter on it. I have used the clear plastic ones on other machines is their one that is better that the other for a gote?

I did clean the tank and replaced the lines with ethanol rated hose. The problem is I should have done this first! I bought a carb overhaul kit and I am going to rebuild the carb and I will re-clean the E-tube. Thanks again,

I agree.. I am going to order a carb overhaul kit and try that. I know there was a lot of debris in the old gas tank.

I found the painted over tag and it is a 660. There isn't a -7. I figure I can go another inch taller in tire and another inch wider. I love the look of the tractor type chevron, but I'm sure the snow hog or other types would give better handling.

The rear tire came on it. It is a Kenda brand "Tru Trac" (I think). I put a nice little gear/tool bag on the front forks and a saw/machete on the right fork. It is ready for action!

Fixed it!!! Well all this hub bub and it was a loose wire splice on the kill switch (+). All the wiring for the switch looks brand new and well done with shrink tube on the connections. But something told me it was not getting any spark. I started moving the positive splice around and it fired...

Any idea what size hex head? So to clarify, the e-tube has a hex head on it and not a slot? Thanks.

Does the E-tube unscrew from the hole the needle valve is in? Thanks for all the detailed help.

It has a paper cartridge and pre cleaner. I checked the plug and it was a little wet, but not fouled. Thanks

It fired up... And I rode it around and it ran great, until I popped a little wheelie and then it died again. Seems flooded again. I will check for oil leaks tomorrow. Thanks
