i found a pic of another flea and it looks like my flee is a pretty big rip off with some minor changes ie handle bars that come off with pins and the general design of the bars

the info i found on them is different it was spelled flee i can find very little info about them they dont look to be connected to flea in any way they are kind of strange i will post pics soon i could pass them up even if they arent vintage i have my fox sprite to fill the vintage void lol
