Here is the back sides of both lights. Dimensions for the headlight is 6 1/2" dia lens and 4 1/2" depth. 912 bulb is installed and sealed.

What you could do is remove the rubber roller & bearings and mod to fit a sprocket roller for a #41 chain. Get the smallest you can find. There is plenty of swing on the arm. Just make sure you line it all up.

Yes, just color and decals. I got the heat because it was all that was available (black). Glad I did because I removed all the decals and put Harley decals on the tank & fenders. Looks like a mini Sportster and I get alot of compliments on it, especially with the chrome shined up.

Looks good. You'll have to clock it with your GPS and report the speed. I'm wondering if you can re-install the jackshaft plate without the parts except for the stock rubber roller to keep some tension. You'll also be able to use the clutch cover. If the roller doesn't line up, I'm sure you can...

Volts on this in AC. I ditched the bulb set-up and installed a fabed light system and linked it to a rear red set-up. Works great and never burned out one yet. The front is a dual low illumination from a yellow cover, dremmeled out and eypoxied clear centers (can't see them, but the're there)...

Yes, A #41 clutch & sprocket will work with your #420 chain. The 420 is just a beefier version of the 41, but still keeps the same 1/2" pitch and 1/4" roller width.

Well, we're not doing a direct 10t-36t. That would take forever to get up to speed and yes, topend would be insane. We're doing the 10t clutch to 20t/10t jackshaft then to a 36t rear. Mine has excellent take off still, but it's topping out @ 30mph. Much better than the stock 50t.
