Heck - you should be doing that in the house not a unheated garage. Just haul it in the living room or dining room - that room is never used. Flyier :thumbsup:

Try a light sanding with emery paper (fine) on a flat surface on all four sides of the keyway - may be a slight burr on one of the edges- just lightly.

Well thanks to the advice of Miniwood and Creia I called "Monster Scooter" back and asked to speak to the mgr. and I explained the problem to the fellow that took the call - he had me hang on for a moment while he checked with his boss and he came back with they would replace the wheel assembly...

The Pro Mod kit is not that hard to install. I just completed the install using the stage 2 kit which went smoothly - except for the clutch - which we now know has a longer shaft and Pro Mod now supplies a machines a bushing for proper spacing so it is idiot proof. It did seem kind of funny...

Allot nicer than the washers previuously supplied - the machined spacer takes up just the right amount of space to make the fit just right. Flyier

Just a quick update on mounting the Max Tor clutch I purchased from Pro Mod. Pro Mod now supplies a machined spacer to allow for the clutch to be mounted with sprocket on the inside. The aluminum spacer has a inside radius machined into it so it fits nicely against the radius machined on the...

Got a whole new rear rim/disk and tire from Monster scooter and I see the brake disk seems to have a wobble when the tire assemble is rotated which pushes the hyd caliper in and out a bit ? Is this kind of normal or do the rims and brake disk really run true? Thanks Flyier

I did the front fender in satin black color - looks great/took 2 coats with wet sanding in between - like new. Flyier

They have special paint in the spray cans now just for plastic items, and I would agree they have a special additive for it to flex. I am going to try it - low luster black. Flyier -

Any one try painting the new stsyle plastic fenders m with the new paint designed for plastic items ? Did it come out ok ? Flyier
