No, I haven’t changed anything since I first posted. I haven’t had a chance to do much to it. How the pictures show it all is how it was when I tried to run it last. It was still running WOT last time I fired it up.

I messed with the governor. I explained how I adjusted it in the original post. I’m not sure if it was the correct way or not, that’s just the way I adjust the small engines I work on.
