When Powell went into war production, they sold their Aviate parts to a couple of other companies who assembled and sold them into the late 1940s as the Ronnard Jeepette or the Clark Cyclone. Jeepettes had a hitch on the rear for a pintle hook, similar to the Cushman Airborne scooters

Your engine is a Continental AU10 (early) or 1120 (later). All Continental small engines part numbers, including castings, had AA7 prefix. Nice bike. Air cleaner decal is not original.
Tom Branham of Taylor, MI passed away this week from the Covid virus. He was always ready to make a new friend or help an old one. I met Tom a few years ago at the Ann Arbor Bike Show. He and Glenn helped me haul my new treasures home.
