Yup 212 all the way, try to get the hemi version of it. Also like everyone has said, you can limit the throttle but as they get older or the adults want to have some fun you can turn it back up.

Make sure you get the hemi version of the 212 if they have them, 60363 is the part number you want, my doodle with a stock 212 is enough to scare most adults.

I'd be down for this, hope you can get something together. Have you heard of this place sandyhookspeedway. its in Harford county, kind of caters to small fun stuff. Not sure if they rent the track out though.
