Fairbanks Morse starter cup

I picked this up today and once we got the fuel shutoffs open with some fresh gas, it started right up. It seems to be a 13hp, but can't seem to find out much about it. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

I picked this kickstarter up last week for a great price, but the pawl on the back is broken/missing parts. Where can I find replacements or is there someone that makes them? And doesn't this need the cub to work correctly? Anyone know where to find one of those?

Picked up this one today and its got the Fairbanks Morse clutch on it. Should be able to get it going pretty quick as the compression is very sweet sounding. Its not a Rupp clutch so what bikes were using these clutches apart from them? To use it do you need a matching FM driven system?
